SureStay Hotel By Best Western Columbus Downtown certainly had its ups and downs during my Easter getaway. Upon arrival, the exterior left much to be desired, but once inside, the room showed signs of attempted upgrades, providing a clean and pleasant stay. The lack of basic amenities like additional toilet paper and a malfunctioning ice machine were also unexpected drawbacks.Despite these issues, Ms. Fiona stood out as a shining star during our stay. Her exceptional service and efforts to ensure our comfort were truly commendable, even during the busiest moments. She definitely deserves a raise for going above and beyond.The convenient location in the city center and the various amenities offered, such as a business center and free WiFi, were definitely pluses. The complimentary continental breakfast and the coffee machine in the room were nice touches as well. SureStay Hotel By Best Western Columbus Downtown has potential, but improvements in communication and maintenance are necessary for a truly enjoyable stay.
